Apart from production activities described in the Product Catalogue, KAMET offers
designs and production tailored to individual client requirements, including:
- mechanical property protecting devices and metal office furniture;
- fitments made of stainless steel for food industry;
- lacquering lines and technological systems;
- other metal elements and products.
We designed for example:
- Cabinet for laptops with electronic drawer opening system:
- Complete fitments for social facilities at meat processing plants:
- Automated powder painting line produced for one of large Polish companies representing the engineering industry;
- Elements of air-conditioning system for one of large suppliers in Poland;
- Washing and drying equipment, including automated transport for a car part producer (France).
Thanks to our own construction bureau, experienced engineers and 90 highly qualified employees, we are able to work over individual orders, starting from a project study and preparation of a prototype through to series production.
KAMET has got modern plant and machinery. Basic tools used in the main technological line are as follows:
- laser band saw CNC TRUMPF L 3020,
- punch press CNC AMADA EUROPA 258,
- bending brake CNC AMADA HFT 100/3,
- bending brake CNC AMADA HFT 50/2,
- bending brake LVD 50/2,5,
- paper cutter SAFAN 4/2500,
- powder painting line with iron phosphate treatment.

Our quality assurance system ISO 9001; 2000 with the certificate TÜV CERT 04100 21584 guarantees top quality and recurrence of all subassemblies and products. Well-tried materials and components, as well as current quality control cause that KAMET's present offer high and reliable technical parameters. In 2004, a complaint rate for all products sold by our Company did not exceed 0.23%. |
